Only the fresh and silver-haired buds are harvested in early spring to produce this tea. It takes 2,100 buds to create this single pouch of tea!  

 Type: Bai Hao Yin Zhen – Silver Needle – White tea

 Region: Fuding , Fujian - China

 Flavor: Summer grain fields, fresh hay, with a sweet note of caramel and white chocolate.

 Preparation: 3 grams per cup – 90°C – steep for 1 to 2 minutes
