This tea comes from a multiple award-winning tea plantation. The process they use is called the Fukamushi process, which involves steaming the leaves longer at a higher temperature. This breaks down the cells in the leaf, releasing all its aromas and flavors.

 Preparation: 3 grams per cup - 70°C – steep for 30 to 60 seconds
